So I Have this Idea (constructive criticism please)

for those of you that haven't its a snake that eats its own tail, a bit of an odd one i know.
So i was looking into cloud mining and faucets and the subsequent referral plans and structures they have to promote their sites. and it got me thinking about using such a system to the advantage of not just a single person but multiple people. so my Idea is fairly simple (so far):
a group of people who are 1: active on their pc for around 2 hours a day 2: trust worthy( hard i know). gather together in a discord channel and discuss the websites and services they use and the referral programs involved.
the ideas is for them to the register under one another, and share the rewards, as well as creating a circle of trust as they each share funds with one another.

I think you are saying about share referral comission with your referrals, right?

It works, but you need to know exactly how much each referral is producing, some sites don't display it, they just show the maximum comission you earned from referrals, making near to impossible to know how long each of them is working. Some will work more, some will work less, so the pie must not be divided equally.

Depending the sites it can work, just make sure the referral comission is showed in details, from each referral specifically.

If they are sharing comission it's not a Ponzi scheme.

But I think OP wants to invest in Ponzi schemes as well (cloud minings) to practice this system.

All cloud miners are inherently ponzi-ish but yes id think that the  process would have to be tried and tested. thanks for the input about unequal referral programs. i think the solution would just be to closely manage each participants income.

First I assume the world is a good place with no ponzi scemes and other scams.

Then your idea is honestly a good idea, but try this with 10 of your reallife friends which are thrustworthy and trust each other, I bet you can´t control them and organize them properly so everybody gets the same share.

So in my opinion good idea, but I think not possible to realize

There is a issue about the circle being completed. The first person who has joined the referral  circle cannot join under any other below his downline, so the circle never completes for the snake to eat it's own tail.
Secondly, if theoretically proved, needs to be experimented on physical presence of all the participants, without which, there will be literally no mechanism to measure the inputs and divide the outputs accordingly.

To make this work well all the participants should be linked to only one account. One account will refer all the rest, we could call him "manager". He will share the profit based on the activity of each referral, so this one must be a trusted person.

A group with all participants in any online platform can be efficient and a frequent update can help to spot inactive members to remove them from the group.

Honestly I would be quite difficult for this to work out as it is really difficult to keep track or activity especially in a large group. It would be bettter if it was a direct referral exchange (you use mine, I  use yours) and the two parties negotiate out. Having sites that have referral system and making the user use it is also hard, so it may not work well.

I've seen users in this forum who gives profits to their referrals, like in freebit.co.in where you can enable a feature to keep/give your referral earnings, to yourself of your referral.

For this to work, you would have to gather users that is interested in the specific site, which I think is a difficult task, other than that its fine.

You do not need to form a group nor team to execute your plans. Without forming a group also you can start working as per your idea immediately :

-> Join any legitimate programs which are offering affiliate opportunities.

-> Come here post your offer for joining under you and remember do not post your referral link directly but you can PM to the people who are interested or you can keep your ref. link in your signature spaces.

-> Check Micro Earnings board. You may find many faucet kind of stuff there.

There are two problems in your idea :

1. You may earn good only if you have thousands of referrals under you. To keep your referrals active they also may need thousands of referrals under them. So, consistency will be too hard to achieve.

2. Legitimate of programs you will join. Some will pay for one or two months after that there will be no guarantee that your hard will get rewards all the times.
