Though I would not personally support buying and selling accounts, but it is nothing wrong in doing so according to forum rules. Infact this Invites & Accounts section exists for the sole purpose of  it. The admins let accounts selling permissible because even if this wasn't allowed here, there is no way to stop this everywhere.
