It's not a gaming card and they didn't mine with it. But from what they are saying, it looks like an under-performer.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I was search searching Vega and didnt find.Vega is rx 580?

No, RX580 is the previous generation. Vega isn't out yet, it's months late.
