Some one from BIttrex.com please help

I cannot log into your help desk for some unknown reason and while there is btc in my account if i click on wallet i am not able to see and nor withdraw any of it.
i can make purchases on coins but i cant see them either.
please advise

I also experienced the same thing. My wallet menu is not on the bittrex home page.
Which appears only home, market, logout and order.
Is this because there is a problem in bittrex?

Bittrex has not this kind of problem as far as i think. But, you should wait for some days may be correct automaticallly. But there support team is not that kind of supportive because they response very delay like in one month or more. And the solutions are not that expected. So, wait and try more times.

I have not tried to file a complaint but I've been thinking of creating a new bittrex account.
