Hi guys,

I am running 3x RX480 Nitro + (Stock speed for now) and have been slugging away at 1600 H/s for about a month but my wallet still appears "0.5". This first 0.5 was after a quick few day test so figured all was running OK. Now, a month later, I am still sitting at 0.5. This does not seem right to me.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of things to check?

Cheers al!

You need to provide at least some information before anyone will be able to help you.

I am working on the assumption I should be getting this number down:

[Your node is 58088 blocks (80 days) behind]

I have tried to re-download a fresh copy of the blockchain, but it keeps going out of sync.

looks like you are mining solo?  If you are, you should try joining a pool...

As previously stated, you should mine in a pool.

...or maybe wait just a bit longer to score a hit Smiley

were you mining solo? If yes then it's a very bad choice at your current hashrate.
Immediately switch to a pool. you will earn this much in a week or less.

I have this in my xmr.conf:

"url": "stratum+tcp://mine.moneropool.com:3333"

I was under the assumption this was a pool? Happy to be told otherwise!

Riiiight - just found a bit on the moneropool website where you can track stats and I think the issues is with the fact that I am 80 days behind. I have been paid out a fair bit more than the 0.5 I can see in my local wallet.

So now the question is, how do I efficiently get in sync?

Why would you wait a month before you thought something was wrong!?!?  Roll Eyes

I'm sure you can download the blockchain from the website which is much much faster.

Otherwise syncing most wallets take about a day.
