Try localbitcoins doing for cash deal, which is what you want but even then you will still have to pay a small mark up fee.

Not trying to give you a hard time here, but its very rare for anyone to agree with paypal on this forum without a fee to ontop of the preev rates.. goodluck though.

I know. Some people however need paypal funds asap, and it can take a long time to trade them so that is why i am here.
Of course everyone can make their own offers,  but i won't go much past the preev rate.

Nope, sadly not. Can you exchange it for Doge for example or coinbase? I can buy doge as well so you can save on fees.

No. Coinbase does not have a doge wallet included. Only eth or ltc. Thanks anyway
