Bitcoin Core reindexes the blocks on disk mainly because of a corruption that may have occurred in one of your blocks. It can be due to hardware failure or improper shutdown. If its because of corruption, you should get your hardware checked and wait for the dialog to close before shutting it down.

Bitcoin Core can also reindex the blocks if you have pruning enabled and is trying to import a key that is foreign to the client. If you have pruning enabled, you shouldn't import any private keys as it will trigger a reindex.

Anyway, if your main problem is due to the corruption, it is better to get an external hard disk to store the entire data directory as a backup. If your blockchain ever gets corrupted again, you can copy it from your external HDD to your computer without having the client to reindex.

I had run bitcoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet & after it's completion it made wallet.date.bak file , but my bitcoin still not showing in bitcoin core then i have copied  previously saved wallet.dat & deleted wallet.date.bak file then bitcoin showing but after closing the bitcoin core then when i open again bitcoin core it was star reindexing blocks on disk, In my laptop have no much space to save bitcoin core on my local drive due to i have installed bitcoin core on external hard drive, Thank you?

Scan your pc & mac for malware problems. Drivers can be also sometimes problem. If necessary update please. Hardware tools for example ram also causes issues. Power settings also cause instability and so crashed dbs. There are actually many things you can do.

To speed up close other processes or programs not necessary and let alone pc-mac handles bitcoin-qt. increase ram settings within the qt and give high priority for the bitcoin process. You can do this from Task Manager.

Generally to speak better to use SSD disks for faster processes.
Make a Disk Optimize and then start use bitcoin qt all will benefit for you. Stable PC-mac leads to lesser crashes.
