There is no cost when creating your wallet online. So where can you have it all? I guess the best is to figure out where you came from because there are wallets that supported by some local country, like in the Philippines, they uses coins.ph which is more accessible to them when in cashing in and cashing out of their bitcoin to local money. Well, as of now I'm using coins.ph wallet for temporary because I can't afford those hardware wallets to secure my bitcoin. Hardware wallets are very much expensive so that I choose coins.ph for my temporary wallet. There are many available online wallets there on the internet and it's up to you what do you want to choose. But I have read and at the same time I've heard about hardware wallet like for example is the (TREZOR) wallet,  this is a device that you can store your bitcoin securely, less risk, and not prone to hack because you can actually hold your own wallet, this is something like an ordinary wallet where you are placing your fiat on it. Hardware wallet is more secure than online wallet because you have a private key or password. But, the problem is, what if you lose your hardware wallet? Forgot, or misplaced it, Maybe this is the disadvantage of having a hardware wallet. We need to care for it.

I hope you are asking how one can get a wallet rather than making one. If you are asking how one can get then it's quite simple you can choose a paper wallet or electrum one. Or trezor wallets are also a option. Paper wallet is very simple to create you can print your wallet and carry it anywhere, but once you use it, you need to create another one. Then comes electrum they are the most secured wallets have your private key, seed and highly recommend. Now the cost is free absolutely free. Make sure you choose one of the above before Aug 1st deadline or you end up risking your coins.

As a regular user of electrum wallet,i would tell you how to create an electrum wallet.First download electrum wallet in your pc.Then install it.It would generate a seed of 13 words.You have to save it as per the order both in your laptop as well as print it and keep  paper copy of it.Then select the password.In future,whenever your pc gets damaged or else you forget your password,those 13 words are used to recover your wallet.You could select the transaction fee manually also.There is no synchronization problem in electrum wallet.

You do not need the cost to make the bitcoin wallet it is free, there are lots of bitcoin wallets available and generally they use blockchain.info as the first wallet to choose from.
