Interesting read, but only because it is so wrong.

There is no "number" in an exchange that gets set by the exchange to make more money.  A moment's thought about how an exchange works and what its function is will tell you that.  This guy hasn't put that moment's thought in.

It's possible, I guess, but it sounded an awful lot like a young hacker trying to make shit up around halfway through.  I am going to marry soon?  I let the files do it for me?  What files?  Probably a joke, on the guy quoting it.
