POLONIEX not letting people withdrawal coin

I been trying to take my BTC from Poloniex but it wont let me (Awaiting Approval), so i send in ticket for support but still waiting and it has been been over a week. i sent a message to Poloniex by Twitter but still waiting...
Heads up don't deposit any coins if you want to take it out.

I got my withdrawals without any issue few days back from polo but the amount was less tha 1BTC. I have also heard about this kind of issue some of the polo users are having these days which is quite frustrating. I have already taken out whatever I have there to be in safe side.

Please provide us with more proof also. How much did you request to be withdrawn from poloniex? Was it bitcoin or an altcoin? Can you send some proof in the forms of screen shots of what you sent poloniex and that they didn't respond?

This is definitely not news by any means, though. People have been struggling to get anything out of that exchange for ages now, and pretty much it dependns on your luck. If you withdraw a small amount, then they are usually fast to process, almost instant. I'm not sure how their algorithm selects the lucky and unlucky guys, to be honest. All you can do is prepare for the worst, hope for the best. If you do get your coins back, don't deposit back into poloniex ever again. Use like bittrex or w/e.

Allymos, do you have a verified account? It might help of you upload your docs and verify your account.

I have been hearing a lot of complaints from Poloniex users that their withdrawals are taking too long but they all get withdrawn eventually. Wait for it.

just now i got my withdrawal from poloniex to bittrex it works fine in less than 5 minutes

There had been a lot of threads made because of the same issues Poloniex are having. But so far, I haven't had problems withdrawing my btcs from Poloniex but it was less than 1btc and I didn't withdraw them all at once. I still have a couple of altcoins there because I was afraid I'm going to be having problems the same as most people are having and I wanted to transfer them all to Bittrex.

Did you confirm your withdrawal in your email address? The process is you place your withdrawal, then poloniex will email for confirmation. When you confirm in your email the withdrawal, only then that poloniex will send the coins. It is a common mistake for newbies. Please make sure this is not the case.

I saw toooooooo many complaints in telegram chats about this issue. Polo has to do something about it.

As far as I'm trade here , I'm never experience this issue yet. If you're withdrawling altcoin, maybe you need to wait since they also wait to get confirm from their side.
Contact their support or chat on troll box may provide you faster solution, IMO

This is not the only complaints that i heard and many poloniex account freeze or can't withdraw.
So i think they are just increasing their security if you are withdrawing almost high amount of bitcoin they don't let you withdraw them easily and it needs to contact the support to verify that its you.. or they detected that suspicious about your account..
Like other said poloniex still fine to other but there are others people are experience the same thing..
Better to wait for the support to reply first so that you know what actually the reason of delay withdrawals.

This is something I am reading lately and is keeping me from depositing coins in poloniex ! Don't know what is happening, but their client response is also bad ! So that does not help new clients at all ! Hope this issue gets resolved and you get your coins back !

hi i tried a test amount of 0.005 BTC, when a email comes 'withdrawal confirmation' i click on the link it takes me to polo web say 'OOPS that was an invalid confirmation URL'  this is after i enter my 2 factor authentication, i also use bittrex and i was trying to move my BTC to bittrex.
i lost many BTC over MINTPAL and BITFINX now this....

Same. I just did a withdrawal recently (and for the past months) and everything goes smoothly. My account is not verified and already did lots of withdrawal to them without any problem. That's why I can't figured out why others having a withdrawal problem. Like for example my colleagues still waiting for Poloniex respond and the amount is just less than BTC0.1. I understand about the massive tickets volume but to wait for almost a month is really a poor support. Even verification takes long time to approved.

To triggered the withdrawal problem, it must be too much high amount of withdrawals or if a person violated the terms. Well enough of this assumption as only them knows what's happening. But still, I will used Poloniex.

Trying to withdrawal btc but after clicking on the confirmation email link, nothing is happening.  I have resend the email confirmation about 4 times now and still nothing.

Unfortunately Poloniex has been having problems for quite a while. Right now I'd advise against using them.
