I don't really understood what you tried to say here... the profile with the lowest price ? or the one you want for the lowest price ?  People should bid they'r accounts in public ? how it works ?

We will make a deal with the person who offers the account for the best price - the range is from $50 to $100.

You seem to not understand how auctions usually work here. It would be probably easier to make bids on others auctions, instead of making a reverse one.
