New user to the forum, I know this might be a long shot but right now I'm out of options.
I opened a ticket almost 9 days ago about a XEM transfer from my NEM wallet to my Poloniex account. The issue is that the transfer split into two:
- A transaction that had the message and 0 XEM - A transaction that didn't had the message and ALL XEM
I had added all txIDs, the transactions are show in the NEM chain explorer but I have not received any update on my ticket.
Again, I know this might be a long shot but I haven't found another way to contact support.
Being fair, I have had no issues with Poloniex before and I know this might be an issue on the transfer to my account but it should be simple enough to fix as it has been the only NEM address I have used in and out of Poloniex.
Will continue to update when supports gets into my ticket.
As of right now 8 days and 22 hours without any contact.

I'm still waiting any type of contact from Support for my ticket.
I understand that from a business perspective having a huge increase of users/problems over the last weeks can be challenging, but being radio silent to your customers/users is really really dangerous!
A simple estimated wait time would be so appreciated not to draw incorrect conclusions! Imagine if your Bank took 11 days to respond why your ATM card is not working or even more than 1 day to fix it!
11 days without any contact from Poloniex Team to a support ticket is plain wrong: over communication will always trump no communication.
Recommendation: add an estimated wait time to your support system so that people know how long before the ticket gets to a support team member.

Poloniex turns over close to $US 290million per day. http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/poloniex/If they are getting 0.15% from the trade maker, and 0.25% from the other party of each trade, that means 0.4% of $290million each day and that's not including withdrawal, margin lending, and other fees. In short, Poloniex are rolling in it, and there is absolutely no excuse for shoddy support of the kind people here are seeing daily. I read many forums an Poloniex support ticket complaints are everywhere. Strongly suggest using some other exchange until they get their support ticket handling up to a professional level.

Thanks for the suggestions,
I would love to have to the Poloniex Staff here, unfortunately I don't know who are they or how to make them aware. As for opening a second support ticket I think, as they said in a press release, it is counter productive, there's nothing worse than managing ghost support tickets so I will keep trying to get my original ticket solved.
Being fair, as soon as I get an answer from them I will post it here as well.

A lot of issue have been going on around regarding the Poloniex site, especially issues with withdrawing altcoins. I think its better to hold on to those coins for now and let them fix the issue, a friend of mine sent a lot of tickets to address his issue. He withdraw his Ethereum mid June and up until now he still haven't got the Eth coins transferred. This is getting bad reviews for Poloniex, I do hope it'll be fixed.

I am having this type of problem but i deposited a different type of coin, i have lost hope because i had done all that i could including sending them a message on their twitter account but no response. Please update this thread if the reddit or the staff here method works.

Being Processed since 16 days 22 hours I have asked politely in my updates to my tickets, I have asked politely here, I have asked in reddit, I have also sent a Twit asking for help. Result: NOTHING! I fear they don't care about their users anymore.

It's been 24 days and still no word from Poloniex. This no longer holds true for Polo (taken from their website) Your funds are yours. Period. Any funds you put into the exchange are only used to facilitate trading through your account. Unlike banks, we do not operate on fractional reserves.

Have you tried sending another ticket? Why not send them another ticket again until they will talk to you and answer your concern. I hope you do get your coin back.
