It looks like kind of forum.. but is it forum? There is right now hundreds of similar services, and looks much better then yours. I appreciate the work you have put in it, but if you want bring users, you have to offer something new, or at least something different. I'm sorry, but you will have to work on your project a lot! If I have to be honest, at this point it looks like home work of a high school student.

good idea but lots of forums which also allow to spread referral link to make your forum more popular i think you should make some campaign and will attract peoples to join and make your forum crowded

What I understand is, you will get some visitors to your forum who want to post their referral links. What I don't understand is, what will the posters get in return ? by the nature of your promotion, that page will be only visited by referral link posters, who will be bothered to click and join others ?
