You don't have to give away your adsense connected with it, rather you have to give the entire google account including gmail and all that is related. Yeah he has his own right to do what he likes, but what if you are the buyer and find that his channel is not worth of 1.5 btc after you buy it. I guess you will feel scammed and blame him too.
