Hey guys, I was trying to find some other alternative exchange wallets and came across this in a search, but I couldn't find any information on them.

Are they legit or are they a scam? Anyone used them before?
Alternatively, does anyone know of or can recommend a decent de-centralized exchange other than shapeshift.io and changellly? I'm considering them, but just heard how slow changelly can be and how funds can be locked up for days or even weeks from what I read before they move.
