Could someone clarify whether the bounty is still opening, I managed to register recently but noticed that ICO has been delayed, would that change the duration of the bounty campaign and total money allocated for bounty?

I understood that all the necessary changes will be mate shortly before payout, but I won´t miss the chance to remind you, to:

A) for Slack-and Medium-Bounty: change my ETH-address
and
