How to recover dogecoin lost private key??

I lost private key for dogecoin but I have paper wallet for the dogecoin wallet when I am entering paper wallet details it's showing sweep out dogecoin to other wallet. Is there any way for recovering using paper wallet.

There are really only three ways to recover funds in a paper wallet

1) Sweep coins to another address using private key.

2) Import key into another wallet.

3) Create a tx by hand using the private key.

Thanks for your help but i have done the first one you mentioned Sweep coins to my another account and second i couldn't able to make . Third one i really dint understand . How to do "Create a tx by hand using the private key" this task. thanks a lot.
