Yah. A line had to be drawn in the sand somewhere. There is already a market for old bitcointalk accounts to contend with as well. Onions will hit an exchange in good time, hopefully not too quickly, and people will then have an opportunity to buy them eventually.

could anyone please point me into the right direction where i can find more information about how staking works?
i am staking for a couple of days now, in the bottom right corner you can see your staking weight and the network weight if you hover with your mouse over the lightbulb.
the network weight should be all wallets that are currently staking and the personal weight should be your contribution from the network weight.
there is also an estimated time which is either very inaccurate or broken.
for me the estimated time is one hour. my last staking payout happend exactly 12 hours ago
yesterday i got 7 staking payouts.
in my timezone which should not matter:
12:45, 17:04, 17:16, 18:38, 21:53, 22:26, 23:40

since then i got nothing Oo
well im a little confused about this.

Do allow for the fact that network weight changes frequently, as will your 'stake' - and the basis for a successful stake in which you generate onion is pseudo-random. For example, for a period of a few hours the other day my 'stake' represented over 10% of the network weight - I think I only generated 0.03 of an onion in those few hours.

i dont`t really mind if it is 50 or 100 characters needed for a post,but 10 posts a week seems a  little bit too much and the thread would be annoyed with a lot of unnecessary posts.

Suitable exchanges are being researched currently from what I understand. I do know it is important to them that the coins are listed somewhere that will add to its reputation rather than detract from it.

Agree, their are already to much useless postings here, so people have to know, that they can write everywhere, but i think about 50 % don't know this fact.
If further 39 weeks with more participants, this thread will be a monster.

This dont work with my RX series, so i copy kernel and config to my sgminer 5.5.5GM and now it works, i leave you my mod miner to download, you have to change wallet address in sgminer.conf and it suposed to work.

That is a lot of onions, say pal how did you come across 1200 after just the first round of airdrop and considering mining is kind of tough too??

590onion from mining.. Using baikal cube 300mhs.. Then got the airdrop for jr member.. So thats how i get 1200onion.. Nicehash really destroy the mining difficulty because they only come for about a few hour then gone but the network still showing high network.. So when they gone the diff still high.. Then they comeback and up more the difficulty.. So for now its kinda hard to mine..

Yeah, the difficulty spikes are a bit annoying, because they also mean that nicehash mining power comes on -> difficulty spikes -> nicehash leaves -> difficulty takes a while to adjust, so block times are like 30 min for a while...
