Seen it on the news just recently, 10-5. Who ever the 5 are that opposed, should get their head examined. If and when, Gov. Pat Quinn passes it, congrats to the people of Illinois.

Illinois is so deep in the red they're desperate for new sources of revenue. And Chicago's government is so corrupt I wouldn't be surprised is the mob was still involved somehow.
