You cant due to strict KYC policy here by banks, usually VCC are attached on a credit card account given directly to account holders for online shopping.

I need a VCC for Spotify family subscription. Is there any method for this? I don't live in Philippines and for Spotify family it takes only Credit card or Paypal.
