Of course, we realized that the rates they are offering are simply unreasonable.

We hope to be the alternative Smiley

True.  They are being jerks, as they just doubled many minimum cashouts.  Paypal is up to $200 now.

BTC-e's fee is 6%.  What does PayPal add on top of this?

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th.  The Attorney: I would advise you do that.  Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?  The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law.

Will this provide any type of merchant services/tools? In other words, if I want to pay 1 LTC for a beer, it would be nice if that was immediately changed to cash for the bar owner.

I could ask my developers and get back to you with a proper answer, but how i personally do things is i have a paypal debit card so anytime my account has money i got money on the card. Which is accepted anywhere a debit/credit card is.

If you have any ideas please feel free to bounce them off me

Thank you for your interest in this project in development!

You know what they say about being a merchant, and leaving funds on your paypal account? They say "don't" and its for a very good reason. Bitcoin is a gray zone with paypal, they will wait for you to have a ton of money on the account and freeze it.
