I am new to bitcoin.  And wanted to buy bitcoin using gatecoin.com.
When I asked them how to deposit EUR.  I got their reply shortly.
I then deposited EUR to their company account (10 days ago).  and asked them the progress.  got no replies.
I sent email to them.  got no replies.
And I called their phone.  No one answered.

I feel so scared.  What should I do?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

i think a lot of companies use social media stuff over call centre drones, so always try them first. glad it worked out.
