Does CoinLearn.org still pays its customer

Well i am new to this bitcoin thing and i want to know that does CoinLearn.org
still pays its customer? I heard about this website from this forum itself but when i signed up,i saw that the last payment was done way long ago,so if you guys know anything updated about it,it would be really helpful.

Of course they are paying everyone since their launch but currently they are going through some basic change on their database.
They anounced that they will pay all the pending payouts upon completion of this change.
You can be assured to start learning on coinlearn and get paid.

Maybe they're not paying anymore cause their last payment proof was about 2 year ago

I'd assume at this point that they aren't. Their site isn't updated, they haven't marketed or anything in a LONG time, etc. I haven't even heard anyone ask about them in years.

I was curious to check this website and it looks like it is kinda those websites where you watch videos or ads to earn bitcoin. Although they pay, the time spent on them from the user does not justify those tiny payments. Last payment was in 2015 so I think it's time to forget about them. Whichever undergoing change may be, it will take less than two years if it is a website related task.

Exactly this. I checked their social media accounts - last facebook update has been done on Coinlearn May 25, 2014, last tweet message was sent in 2015.
Also, there is no proof of payment newer than from 2015. So it is safe to assume that at this point their site is pretty much abandoned.
To avoid disappointment please don't expect any payment from CoinLearn.org

Back when they were still alive, it was actually a cool place. You didn't earn much, but it had a lot of trivia things and such that you could earn by doing. A lot better than things like just watching/clicking ads.
