I did a withdrawal to a timed address.  it was stuck in pending for a week and i told them they had to cancel it because it was to a timed address. they NEVER DID. finally, after a MONTH they let it go  through  , and I lost the money.    now, I have been writing tickets to them, swearing at them in anger, and they never respond. they OWE me that money.  it is THEIR fault.  but what can I possibly do about it???   These people at polo are SCUMBAGS.

I also had 7BTC stolen from them in what had to be an inside job. but that's another story!!!  (because I didnt have 2FA set up, and their head of security, a guy named CURTIS, gave the info to hackers who got into my account.  there's no possible way it could have been anything other than an iside job.   the guy at polo, curtis, that i talked to talked oddly to me. i fugured out it was because he knew about it all along).

I feel bad about your experience and what you suffered from poloniex but you have done what is best to do in this situation, i also have my own bad story to say about them but it is better as we all lick our wounds separately.

Try to move your post to exchange section where other people can ready your experience about an exchange platform, this is the link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0

If you feel you've been scammed, there's a Section for it. Poloniex also has a thread on the forums, in the altcoin section, I think.

I also had an experience with the slow response of the ticket that we will send to th polo support.
I was being hacked last week and sold all my coins to a cheaper price and withdraw all of that. I sent the ticket last Sunday and until now they didn't response on it. The withdrawal is not confirm that's why i sent them ticket to cancel the withdrawal. But until now they did'nt do some action on it. Why they are so slow with supporting ticket? Anyone knows how many days does their agent will support us in our ticket and concerns?
