Thank you for your review eking.

We will always process all cashout requests within 24 hours. In reality it will happen much faster unless you catch us sleeping or traveling Smiley

We like the software, it is fast, easy to maintain and relatively inexpensive to purchase. Again, we are not trying to compete with bigger poker rooms out there, we are just trying to offer beginner-friendly games to players who value anonymity and are familiar with bitcoins.

As mentioned, we don't like bots either and to make things worse they're costing us money. But there's no way around it. Once we have enough real money players we will eliminate the bots altogether.

Seems to me that you were just drained from the variance. Don't elaborate on anything, oh no.

My withdrawal was not as quick. It took around half a day to get it confirmed but it's not too bad. (Faster than some fiat sites).

But there's no way around it. Once we have enough real money players we will eliminate the bots altogether.

The worst part about the bots is that they're not on higher stakes, haha.

Thanks for you interest in our website. Let me answer the best I can:

1. At the moment we allow players from all over the world to register and play at our tables. This could change in the future should we feel pressure from certain institutions and regulatory bodies. We don't want to break any laws or step on anyone's toes.

2. We don't and we can't. We are a small poker site with with low budget and we can't hire top programmers to write code and try to catch colluders. That being said, in our opinion colluding is VERY overrated and to do it right and undetected (by other players) one has to put in a lot of energy and a lot time. In other words most of the time it does not work and it is not worth it. Especially not at micro levels.

3. We don't store hand histories as such, but the software we use (Mavens Poker) stores hand histories as long as you don't close the table. Go to Menu -> Hand Histories and it is all there

I hope this helps. Let us know should you have more questions.

Thanks for honest answers. I don't know about the rest of the world, but here in Europe, the gambling legislation is one huge cesspit and I don't see it getting better over time. Sometimes it's actually very hard to tell who's breaking a law as
  • EU is a free trade area => license in one jurisdiction (Malta FTW) should be good enough for all other jurisdictions
  • that said, national states can actually circumvent this and approve more restrictive regulations if they can prove that those regulations are necessary to protect customers and/or to fight organized crime
  • this exception was used as a bianco check by many states, who just wanted to raise more taxes by requiring local licenses
  • minority of those restrictive regulations ended up before CJEU (Court of Justice EU) and consecutively were found to breach EU treaties
  • however, majority of those restrictive regulations haven't been tested in EU courts and it's very hard to tell, whether or not they breach EU treaties
  • so the current situations is this: you have some states with restrictive gambling regulations, that claim that every provider that doesn't have local license breaks the law and you have some providers that accept this and some that don't (the latter group claim that they don't need a license due to the fact that local law breaches EU treaties)

One more question: what games/stakes do you currently spread?

If you mean that the chances of winning were 4:1 then all I can say is that you're unlucky (or exaggerating). It can happen. Myself, I've won a lot of bad flips on account of not paying attention.

Bots only go all-in on premium hands. Play accordingly.

No integrity? No RNG?

Would you care to elaborate, why is there no integrity? And how do you think hands are generated and dealt if there's no RNG?

And how would you define a scam casino? I don't know many casinos (although I have come a cross a few in the early days of the internet) that are scam. There's no reason for casinos to scam people out of there money, they already have odds in their favour.

Scamming would be messing with RNG and favouring certain players over others. That would require tampering with the software,  a huge intellectual and IT endeavour - it would require the kind of IT people who work for Google. And if you think someone would go through the trouble just to steal a couple of dollars from you - you need to think again - because you are very wrong.

Someone yesterday expressed a concern over multiple IP addresses allowed. This has been changed on all tables above 10/20. It has not been changes on small stake tables - up to 10/20 because our bots all share same IP address.

Bots don't collude, they are oblivious and are costing us their weight in gold Cheesy

Thanks for the explanation. I don't think BTC is properly regulated across the EU, let alone BTC poker rooms. But as I said, we don't want to break any laws and should we get a warning we will comply.
We are based outside of EU/US and so are our servers.

We offer stakes from 1/2 to 2000/4000 (1btc = 1M chips)

We've been processing all cashouts in a very timely manner lately. Are you saying it took half a day for us to process your request or for the transaction to get confirmed by the miners (something we obviously have not control over)

Look mate, no offense but i think im bit more fammiliar with gambling and software behind the skins since i work in gambling industry for over 10 years now.

Anyone wants to know how Poker Mavens shuffle works just play at two table at the same time, you will find something very interesting. As well try to go 100 (80/20) hands all in against the bot and see who will win 95 % of the time regardless you had better starting hand.

And the fella forgot to include his btc addres .  Grin
Also, is "buro" the same as bureau?  Grin

Quote
You have straight 24 hours to credit this adress with 1 BITCOIN. If you fail to do that federal buro will be on your neck within 48 hrs with charges of running illegal poker site (without license), allowing minors to gamble, running bots on poker tables (online fraud). Sentences can be up to 20 years in prison so you decide if 1 bitcoin is worth more than rest of your life in prison.

Kind regards.

P.S. This email adress is not monitored and therefore you will get no further reply from me. At the end of 24hrs timeframe if above bitcoin adress is not credited Federal buro will be auto notified with all needed documentation and info about you as the owner and about your online fraud.

What range are you going all-in with?
If it's not AKo, AKs, TT+ then you're losing more than half of the time.

Source: Poker Equilab [after checking the all-in ranges of the bots]

Edit: so far I've made about 5x my deposit in profits.

The way bonus points are generated is as follows: You get 0.08 bonus points for every 1 chip you pay in rake. Thus, what counts is not how much you contribute to the rake, but rather how much you pay. So if the pot is 2-way and you and another other player go all-in for 1000 each, the total pot will be 2000 and the rake 40. If you win the pot you will collect 3.2 bonus points. If you lose the hand, you will not be awarded any bonus points, no matter whether you contributed to the pot/rake or not.

It all evens out in the long run. Well, kind of. To us it does not matter, but we liked this method better. The way we see it you only pay rake when you win.

I do not really understand what going on here but what I do know we really need to play more than just 1,250 chips? Because 1,000 chips only give use 3.2 point back? Anyway can you do the calculation for me? Plus that rakeback things? I am pretty confuse about these things. And about the only winning that count, I think this will make to get those point even harder. May be 2-3 times harder

I think his explanation is clear enough on how you gain bonus points. It is not depend on how many chips you play but it depends how many chips you pay in rake. You only pay the rake when you win the pot, otherwise you do not contribute to the rake.
Of course it is not as easy as you think by playing 1250chips. If it is as easy as you think, then many people will be able to withdraw from the sign up bonus after playing few hands.
