I am afraid skrill follow the European Union bank laws which are very harsh in money laundering activities.
Which country are you from and is it legal gambling in your country ? If not, skrill can seize the money any moment. Try cashing it out fast like buying using irreversible sources.

It all depends which country you are from, why dont you use coinbase.com?
