Its actually a vanity bitcoin address, normal addresses are random characters but if you keep generating private/public key pairs,  one of them may begin with the format that you like such as 1dice used by SatoshiDice addresses. You can use VanityAddress Generator at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=25804.0

How long did it take on your CPU?

Well on my aging cpu only it took about 10 hours for the 1Teddy,  it all depends on luck and pattern length though
