What is the avg time to get a response? My account has been frozen 14 days and still no response!!!

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I thought they increased support capacity, apparently not much.
What did you do to get banned?
But you have to wait, don't create multiple support tickets, that is only gonna make it worse.

Currently most of exchanges have worst support not only poloniex I have problem with coinbase and in talk with them but they never response and not solving my issue very poor going right now
