The idea of litecoin was to be a safe place to be in the case of insane congestion in the bitcoin network, so judging the price because of the current number of transaction is stupid. You must think 3 steps ahead to be holding the right thing before everyone else. Litecoin seems to be looking good on the technical analysis aspect but we'll see how it performs if bitcoin manages to scale. When bitcoin goes red everything goes red.
To high risk back to normal price $7.5. At 2015 it was happen during 1 hour. If it sucks so much you should short it! Come on buddy, put your money where your mouth is, let's see it! |

Not a good comparison if you ask me... Why not? Do you see any fundamental differences between now and then? I don't. And I do think it's quite risky to buy LTC right now if you ask me, but, if I invested at least a few months ago, I would not sell either. No kidding, we'll see new record highs when (not if) the market feels better, which is going to happen very soon even if the price greatly falls for some time. |

Think of it in simple terms.........Bitcoin is Netscape. Litecoin is internet explorer. Sooner or later, people are gonna move over to scale cryptos. Its just the way it is. We (all of us) are just the small fries, the pioneers (grass and short shrubs). As much as we believe otherwise, we don't have a lot of say in the evolution of this technology anymore than grasses have a say in what type of trees grow up around it.
Ultimately, fundamentals and usability is the only thing that matters. Try it out for yourself, see what you like, nothing in this world is an easy to get rich scheme, its all just smokes and mirrors (unless do a pre-mine scam).

I'm not buying Litecoin to make profits, It allows me to actually send money very quickly from my country to the US. Litecoin is a hundred times faster than Bitcoin and my sister can start using the money I sent her almost immediately. I don't know what the OP is talking about. But if there is a crypto currency I'm truly behind, it is this one. Super fast, super cheap transactions and alot of exchanges allows you to use your money. Its perfect. I can only hope for more adoption so that it would be easier for me to travel cashless in the future with Litecoin. Bitcoin is way to slow and way to expensive to use.
Yes, some strange people do it and will do it at price $7.5 also, but invest in litecoin=suicide. BITCOIN conform transaction in 30 min average and have huge liquidity, transferring million dollars with bitcoin will not brocke the market. --- Major keepers - buy low sell high. That was really noticesable for everyone but we cannot denied i actually earn a profit in investing in cryptocurrency like ltc i dont know it just really all about luck sometimes but i guess you also have a point i also think that ltc is not a good investment for long term i still you can earn. |
