And 0.001 BTC per bet is a bit much I think. Maybe you should make multiple betting slots with different amounts.

0.001 is definitely big compared to the Bitcoin rates right now for a fun game like this. Anyways signed up, will send my ID to the specified email for the weekly lottery. Will be posting bugs if I find any.

I think idea is very interesting but bet value is too high. Most gamblers don't have money to make bet with 2.5$ every minute.

There should be few pools, one for small players, one for medium players and one for big players, for example 10K satoshi, 100K satoshi and 0.01BTC

Not a bad one, but I was  looking to see a faucet, so it would be as easy for anyone to have first hand test of how your site really works without having to deposit first and an incentive to attract players to your site. In that case, the minimum bet would have to be lowered because a faucet of 100k Satoshi would be out of this world.

2. You guys are pretty new so it will be hard for you guys to get any players on the 1 minute round, I suggest you to increase that to something like 5 minute or 10 minute atleast.

3. Currently you are running with PVP model , you should also add another version where users can bet against house (if you don't have enough bitcoin for this than open investment opportunity for users).

You can run several round at a time like different page for each round and give link to each type of round in homepage. Make 1 minute, 5 minute and 10 minutes rounds.

Not something like moneypot but like other gambling sites. However you have to gain some trust from the community first or you have to use some trusted escrow in this forum to hold most of those investments/bankroll.

Also depending on which feeds you use, a large whale can sell like 100 BTC in the last second on an exchange and end up winning his bet due to low liquidity during certain times. This is actually why Secondstrade.com had to disable any short term btc binary bets.
