I think ICO's have a lot more advantages than IPO's and they could become future global standard for companies going public, however there's something to be done.

2 main questions from me:

1) Do you think in the future we will see companies that are not using blockchain technologies doing ICO's instead of IPOs to raise capital and go public? Yes, we can see some examples already.

2) In my opinion there should be more regulations on ICOs, because investors must see how company is performing. There are strict regulations on IPOs, but for ICOs there isn't any, that's the problem, because investors can't trust. We need to see companies balance, earnings/loss sheets quarterly reports etc.. Currently I invest in ICO and I don't know where my money is going after it's exchanged to Fiat. I count only on teams promises, recent example of EOS is unbelievable...
What could be the ways to solve this issue?

Lets discuss.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

All of the crypto will be ralated to the blockchain environtment, If you are not based on the cyrpto project and indiegogo, kickstarter was the correct place for you to raised the money to run your project in the future.

If the crypto still on the gray area and we can't do anything. Chinese already prevented their civilians to join on ico

You are right must there are regulation for ICOs this way will makes ICOs growing up and can be trusted by investors
today there are no rules of ICO, that is makes doubt to invest in ICOs,
ICOs for right now is like new way to get scam investors because of there are no rules about the ICOs
even the people who doesn't know anything about digital coins can makes fake ICOs.

People are greedy to get quick money so icos become so popular .How to make regulations ?Who could supervise ?
And also people can scam under regulations, such as stock , some companies also scam their investors in real life.

There will eventually be regulations, because in the future a big ICO will want to be regulated, this will give them the opportnity to establish some trust with the community. My guess is that within two years you will have coins voluntarily submitting themselves to some regulatory body.
