hi

sometimes i need 5 usd/10 usd only to pay vultr /namecheap, misc things etc.

but i don't want get screwed by virwox arbitrary fees and higher deposits .

is there some vendors (non trading systems) that allow buying with this options without verification ?

i don't mind using debit card  as long the site is way safe/reputable than i would use for options above.

i don't care if they limit transactions to 5 usd per day transaction , 20 usd per week... 100 per month  .

You can use Purse.io perhaps? https://purse.io/
Basically, you buy any items listed, pay with your Amazon cards. And Once the buyers received the item ordered, the Bitcoins are transferred into your account. Purse.io act as a middleman between the users. Of course, you will have to wait some days to get your bitcoins (the time items get delivered). Btw can I ask for you wich country those amazon cards are for?

No there is no any direct exchange/service that sell bitcoin for skrill/amazon. You can try localbitcoins and paxful like p2p trading site but you might have to pay more than market price because skrill is reversible payment processors and many people don't like to sell bitcoin for such processors.

Best bet is probably going to be one of the exchange sites, the bigger ones are going to be LBC (Local Bitcoins) and then Paxful (pretty much like a little brother to LBC) They're going to allow small amounts but you're going to have to have to make sure to note the high fees on places like this, as you're going to be doing P2P exchanging.

Also, you're going to need to have some sort of way to prove that this wasn't one of those credit card fraud purchases - easily by just simply buying this item with cash and saving the receipt to show to the seller.

Nobody use Virwox for that anymore, if you have a small sum better to use a website like Paxful.com or Localbitcoins.com, There are allot of merchants both buying and selling bitcoins for these items and the value can be better than Virwox if you can provide ID's and such, to prove the legitimacy of your funds.

yes sound that you have to go through this route tho i don't like p2p .
