This is another over valued project, I think the max cap would be reached but don't think the valuation is quite right, buying on market now seems more rational decision than buying during  ICO, project like SONM, TENX, Polybius, Status etc have been good buy on the market

Overvalued?     DNT went through a massive correction with the China FUD and BTC forkenings   It has been pretty stable since, hanging in the high 3 cents - 4 cents range.   

As more districts get added,  I think DNT will increase in value.   Let's not forget that it was trading at 25 cents at one point.    It's only going to take one really good district to make DNT go crazy with value.

Ethlance:
- How many users have connected to the platform, a breakdown of workers/employers? Do you mind sharing the Ether turnover on the platform - total amount of remuneration paid?
- Fix the formatting: https://ethlance.com/#/how-it-works . It looks ugly.
Name Bazaar:
- What is the rational motive for someone to choose an .eth domain name over a conventional ICANN-regulated name?
- Are there any fees on Name Bazaar, except Ethereum network transaction fees?
General:
- Is there any existent or WIP district that rewards the DNT voters? I mean a profit-oriented or at least Ether-positive district (generates a positive flow of Ethers).

Given the Thanksgiving holiday, a rather short work week has come and pass. In light of this, I thought I’d instead take some time to write and reflect a bit more freely in place of a regularly scheduled update.
I’ve been working in the cryptocurrency space for three years now, and have been interested in the space for nearly twice as long. Naturally, the topic comes up with family and old friends at various get-togethers. Holidays are a unique opportunity for me to interface with older and younger generations at length. Seeing the proliferation of familiarity and interest in cryptocurrencies across the spectrum each successive year serves as a personal watermark for the industry’s progress.
