Please don't expect us to be online in the forum 24/7.

The Whois information of the domain would be very easy to disclose if we wanted so. Whereas the information in the current registry is made by our web developer and will be asked to update asap. The name of the registrar and our partner Kang Lu is correct. His office in HK is located in:

107B Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Rd, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, China

On the other hand, everyone here is assuming we are expecting to make sales through the forum but we are merely using it to promote our own platform so the escrow services given by a respected member here would not be an option, as it would not be a choice for any company. Could anyone flagging us as a scam give an example of an escrow accepting company?

As for the PayPal question, our domain is registered on 15th June and UPDATED on 27th. We have not been operating for the past 2 weeks only, has been almost a month and have made sales in the meantime.

Best regards to everyone.

Your prices are too good to be true. If you accept PayPal, I'll gladly buy something.

So can you explain how a 94 year old dead womans name (Adelaide Stefanik) and phone number ((813) 694-2707) are attached to your Whois?

We have been collecting miners of different brands since February and have only sold from marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon until now.

Could you please link us to those accounts as well?  I would like to contact you through both Amazon and Ebay accounts to verify what you are saying is true.

Why not accept escrow from a trusted member here for a couple of products? What do you have to lose?

In return, you give your company good trusted feedback.

The issue here is, is that you have some very in demand items at good prices, so people are naturally wary.

You'd be swimming in orders if you proved yourselves. What about a video/picture of current stock with your forum username and todays date?

I will buy from your company but only from your Ebay account

I hope u get your order in hand , But then if you get yours then the accusation will be "maybe its just a hook to get others to buy 7 outstanding and not deliver".

newbee should be required to do escrow and then sell/buy stuff. This excuse of "We have to wait 30 days for payment" is junk. If u deliver Person gets item you get your funds. U give escrow tracking info then I call e-mail escrow and say good u get funds if I dont u email escrow give tracking info escrow waits 1 wk if no response then u get funds.

Well, time for an update and it's not a good one. You guys were right. I placed an order last Sunday June 9th and still haven't received a shipping notice. Tried contacting the company and they said to just wait. Website says the order ships each week, but it's not looking like that. I'd advise everyone to be careful. It seemed too good to be true, and it was.

Sorry to hear but as the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true it is.  No one is selling these cheap right now because of how much money they are making.  Hopefully you get sorted but thanks for the update either way

You should be the person asking for his order on the 4th day, claiming to have ordered "last week". We haven't told you to "just wait", here's what we exactly told you for everyone to see:

Hello,

We have sent you an e-mail through our primary mailbox info@minersnow.com on the day of your order but from your message sent today we believe you may not have received it. Your order with reference code VVFZEPYYW given on July 10, 2017 is currently being processed and will be shipped from our South Korea warehouse's weekly shipment in the coming days.

You will be notified once your package is out.

It has been a busy week and we have had a lot of orders waiting to be fulfilled, so please accept our apologies if we have kept you waiting too long.

Thank you for your understanding, and choosing us.

This right here is a good enough reason to never order from you. My condolences to your company.

Funny how we get accused of being a scammer company when there is NOTHING to prove so, and we have done NOTHING against what is written or anywhere else on our site. In less than a month we have had more than 10 customers with orders of nearly 20 items sold and some already got delivered. You will hopefully be hearing about us from them soon, somewhere in the forum.

It is in our best interest to stop replying any accusations & posts in this forum from now on as it seems that it may damage our reputation.

We wish you the very best of finding an escrow accepting seller at these prices.  Wink

I am getting Deja Vu.

I remember seeing something such as this about a year or two back. They had a domain, and had some BTC payment processor.

Some guy bought like 10 PSUs from them and ended up getting ripped off because it was a huge scam.

Wouldn't be surprised if its the same person.
