SWAP will be probably done same was as GFL options.
When announced you will send your tokens to waves wallet with your MEW address in attachment to receive your token into MEW wallet.

My only question is - will you receive bounty on waves, so you can send them for swap, or will you receive eth ones (so you will not have to swap).
That has not been confirmed.... Looks like everything will depend on timing.
