I don't usually start topics here, but I'm really curious about this:  Why did Lutpin and Lauda leave negs for Mexxer-2?  I happened upon his feedback page after removing a negative from some account bidder after it'd been a year, and I had some mercy on him.  There's no reference links or anything.  It just says that Mexxer-2 owes Lutpin money.

Is Mexxer-2 still on DT?  You all probably know I don't have DT in my trust list, so I can't tell.  I don't know who has him in their trust list.  It's either that or I'm way too ignorant to figure it out.  And then he hasn't been active in a few months.  It's all very strange. 

I don't mean to be gossipy here, but I'm dying to know what happened.

From what I understand, it was a private deal between Lutpin and mexxer. Hence, there is no reference to be given.

IMO a person's activity nor trust rating is relevant when trying to find if they should stay in DT, not unless someone else on DT is willing to go through each of the ratings that person has left and replace them. By removing people like mexxer (and also users like xetsr) from DT because of a scam, you would be opening the doors for previously tagged scammers to come back and try again.

You know, they do let me use the computer in the looney bin, and I did read that part.  Part of the reason I made a topic of this is because I find it significant that Mexxer-2 got negged by what was essentially two DT members (minus Lauda now, unfortunately).  If it's a private deal, I can take nunya as an answer, but they did make the feedback public, so.  If it's not my business I will lock this thread if Lauda or Lutpin tells me to F off.

Lutpin has claimed that mexxer-2 owes him some money. I have not seen anything to backup this claim, although IIRC they have previously exchange feedbacks saying that they have lent each-other money in the past, so this is not outside of the realm of possibility.

From what I can tell, Lauda has left a negative rating without any kind of evidence, which is not unlike him.

When I used a custom list, I'd just copy it and temporarily enter only "DefaultTrust" to check, then paste back my list once done.

AFAIK he is not, i.e. should not be unless the account was compromised.

Mexxer-2 owes me money. How much, since when and other details of that debt are not relevant.
I did neither create a scam accusation, nor do I plan to. I left a feedback of my own, and that's enough. I don't want/need others to tag mexxer-2 too.
If you trust me/my word, take my feedback as a warning and avoid lending money to mexxer-2 or opening up yourself in any deal (-> use escrow).
If you do not trust me or my feedbacks, feel free to ignore it and carry on as usual.

Let them stew amongst themselves is all have to say.

They will seek their own recourse in due time.

Now this is something that is amusing enough for me to laugh at in the past three weeks of a clusterfuck from the so called righteous here on our fine forums.
