ahw yes thank you for correcting sir...by the way if you see my transaction and the status for my wallrt you think it is have posible  to get my token or its time to say goodbye to my token...my wallet dont have add custom token thats why i cant verify my transaction so my transaction is still pending...

And yes you have received some ERC20 tokens one day ago but if you don't have private key to the address above you can't move those tokens.

I have't used freewallet before so don't have idea about how ETH address works there but if they don't give you private key of your ETH address than yes you have to say good bye to your tokens. You should never use ETH address which is not under your control (you should have private key) to receive ETH based tokens. Use myetherwallet.com to get ETH and private key pairs next time.

You can also contact freewallet, they might help you to access those tokens, good luck.

It seems like you are in a hurry when registering your participation, so you do not have time to choose a good wallet that can add a new token. I recommend the future better to use Myetherwallet.com

i already contact there suport section sir but icant satisfied there advice so its better to time to let go my token its sad to imagine that my time to spend for 1month to reach that token is   suddenly gone..

yes sir isaw the transaction..and my transaction is there.. the problem is i cant transfer to my wallet because  my wallet has no add custom token thats why icant verify...

Good luck getting their support to reply, that seems like the only option to try and recover the coins already sent there and for the future make sure to use a wallet like MEW where the keys are generated and stored locally on your computer so you always have access to them.
