Can't get rid of topics that keep popping up

Hi guys,

I've read the Newbies post about the watchlist etc. I've unchecked the option that I automatically watch topics in which I have posted. Still, those topics keep popping up at "Show new replies to your posts".

Is there any way I can undo this? I've been trying to find my posts in those topics so I can remove them, but couldn't.

Show new replies to your posts and Watchlist are different.
If you are very particular and have unchecked the option of automatically watching topics, using watchlist should work fine for you,

Show new replies to your posts and Watchlist are different.
If you are very particular and have unchecked the option of automatically watching topics, using watchlist should work fine for you,

So there is no possibility to get rid of the topics I've posted in before (but not watching) from the "Show new replies to your posts"?
