I don`t think that anyone here could give you a correct answer.
I`ve heard many horror stories about poloniex accounts being hacked and used for manipulating altcoin prices.
That`s why i don`t use poloniex. For some reason they are not secure enough.
Anyway,i`m not sure that the hacker can directly withdraw your coins.

I cannot give you great advice on this. I am not experienced on Poloniex personally, however post your question on: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/ where you are more likely to find someone who will be able to help you more.

Otherwise, make sure to always use 2FA going forward. Or use a stronger password so hackers cannot bruteforce it. Use a long combination (at least 16 characters) of lowercase, uppercase letters, numbers and symbols for best measure. Hope this helps you keep your accounts secure going forward.

it mostly depends on the type of problem that you have, and usually the withdrawal troubles will take much longer, and also when the problem is related to hacks, ... it will take even longer.
the normal problems are the ones that get solved fast.

I noticed that poloniex support for a very long time does not respond to tickets, they can not even answer at all, but nevertheless questions are resolved in the working order. This is due to the heavy workload and the large volume of incoming questions due to the abundance of crypto-currency types.

So this means that it will take longer since there's a lot of problems they have? They should have hired many support agents to support our concerns, since they are profiting more with the site right?
