Quien esta pidiendo las licencias. El gobierno Federal o el gobierno de Texas. De cualquier modo el hecho de que pidan licencia ahora tambien van a querer cobrar impuestos. No creo que la comunidad de Bitcoin se deje.

Claramente, el gobierno de Texas.  Es verdad, todo lo que tiene que ver con los controles está ligado también con lo impositivo.
