WHY is ZEC withdrawel disabled on polo?

For the last few days this is posted in ZEC trading on polo.

ZEC is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the ZEC team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling.

Is this why the price is tanking?

When are the Devs going to address it?

Does this have anything to do with AB going down?

I don't understand as well there is a way you can raise ticket on Poloniex and get clarifications to issues or even visit their thread as you have rightly said but I don't get is why the need for the opening of a thread where the response to you answer is somewhere else? I guess you have tons of ZEC with you also the issue there is not enough why the price is tanking because it could be a temporary issue and the price of alt has been tanking generally on the average in recent time.

It looks like their ANN thread is MIA, does anyone know what happened to it? Last time I was in it the Devs were getting smoked for the 20% tax so maybe they deleted it?

Polo is not responding to tickets, looks like they are responding to peops making noise on reddit but I don't like reddit and would rather ask here if anyone has any info.

how can you rely on the wallet of the exchange, I sent 07.07 transaction not knowing about the problems, now its the Deposit is not showing at all for not 07.07 parishes. it is possible to fix or is it lost?

It is not OK on bittrex too ! Try to generate new ZEC address  and it does not work.
Maybe there is a network problem with that currency.
And actually polo answered my ticket almost immediately:

It looks like everything is becoming down already, is this connected with the price decrease of bitcoin?

EDIT: Bittrex is down too.

Some of the users from Polo received message from customer service that the wallet is under maintenance and it is a temporary problem,so i guess there is nothing to panic and once the maintenance is over things will be back to normal,probably the same maintenance work with bittrex too,we have to hear from them to fully understand the situation.

I don't think it is safe now to withdraw altcoins from Poloniex because it has a lot of issues lately regarding it's withdrawal. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the depreciating prices of the altcoins and bitcoins but it was having that problem ever since bitcoins price and altcoins price went down.

From what I hear is they have been under constant attack as well so it looks like they are getting slammed from all sides and we are the ones paying for it. But this is hearsay I cannot swear to it.

Not only ZEC do have this kind of problem even on LTC too which i do see in previous days do have this similar issue regarding on deactivating withdrawal or any transactions to made because of COIN problems.
Hope this thing would really be resolved asap and there are lots already complaining regarding on this matter including myself.
