[EXPERTS NEEDED] Mobile Wallet with Instant Crypto-Transactions

Little intro
Our business goal is to expand to usage of cryptocurrencies to a broader audience. This means that our goal is to make the "average Joe" comfortable with the dealings of different cryptocurrencies without the need for the specific knowledge about how each cryptocurrency works.
Currently cryptocurrency usage is mostly limited to tech-savy people because of the big knowledge threshold required. This limits the possible impact and growth of cryptocurrencies. This is what we want to solve, this while being a company not owned by Wall street, but by the cryptocommunity. The company will work towards benefiting the cryptocommunity as well as the humanity as a whole.

Who are we?
We are a group of developers seeking to develop a new cryptocurrency wallet which promises instant money transactions between users of this wallet. To be specific, we are building a company which will "clear" the transactions, similar to what the current credit card companies are doing. The company will do this while the private keys remain encrypted on the users cellphone. What will also appeal the broader audience with our wallet is the possible usage and money transfer without knowledge of recipients public keys, instead users will transfer money using cellphone numbers and/or email addresses.

Who we are looking for
So by now, you should know that we are trying to build a user-friendly application that allows the user to securely transfer his/her funds.
What we are looking for is specifically the following:
* Webdevelopers familiar with Bitcoin, Amazon AWS, Linux, REST with security in mind.
* Android and IOS app-developers with security in mind (we would really like if you are familiar with the bitcoin transaction signing process)
* UI & Graphic Designers both for web and mobile
