As all the altcoins are crap and are a result of somebody else's greed of quick money by doing premine or whatever they like to do with it, but they don't understand is that in the end bitcoin is gonna outperform all the altcoins.

And yet you are supporting DimCoin.

Don't support an alt if you are against alt.

For me I am not against it. You will just have to be wise about it. Do not go for long term.
Just invest a little amount for trial and see how it goes for a month or two.
If it already have a profit then take it. Do not regret even if get higher. Stay contented with the little profit.

Why you thinking like this, I think altcoins is a good investing, some of the altcoins are really good, like ETH.

Well Alt-coin isn't really a bad thing to invest in.
There are tons of people who are making a good profit by investing in some alt coin,
You just have to know when and where to invest in and be careful in investing there are tons of shit coin out there.

It's just because of you, nothing else. First, everything is bad if we don't have knowledge about it. Second, maybe you got the wrong coin to replace your money, loss is painful. Third, until today you never get profit. What I'm try to say is, coin is just coin, but people who play it needs to know what to do and deal with the risk. Good luck.

Not altcoin is a bad investing, there are some altcoin worth investing for. Ive been trading altcoins but I earn profit. It depends on what altcoin you choose to trade of. I might say before investing in an altcoin choose or do some research the good ones and has a good performance.

Etherum is on the top of the news now because of it's progressive growth. I hold couple of Litecoins and I don't understand why you are so pessimistic about it, it is growing today and I think it has all chances to become one of the most profitable investment.

I think it has been like that for a year now. Nevertheless, I think in this thread's first post the problem is not with English but rather with terminology. Perhaps the op doesn't really understand what it btc, what is ltc and what is called an altcoin.
Altcoins aren't bad for investment. In fact, they can make a person rich almost instantly, because the prices are very unstable. Among altcoins litecoin is a good investment. Especially nowadays. I've seen an article maintaining the point that btc segwit will increase the price even more.
If we talk about bad investment options then it is numerous ICOs. Perhaps the OP wanted to talk about this.

Why not go on shopping spree for cheap coin for now and  wait the btc price to pump after segwit activation? Withdrawing for will just let you left behind once crypto gets enough fuel again.

It should be "investment" instead of investing. Not a proper grammar after all but yet understandable and would like to ask on where  did you get such information? Litecoin  is also an altcoin which means if you include it then its also a bad investment. Its not true since altcoin is a good way of earning money too specially when you jump in a good project. They cant surpass bitcoin but somehow do really have the value.

Perhaps because of this influential trade market so that LTC is altcoin also, although BTC that much safer option, perhaps not all of the Alt is a bad investment, but that certainly is that you should never invest more than you are willing to lose, so that kind of investment brings the risk inherent to the class, I also do not know where you are coming out that everyone prefers the second option as the LTC , maybe it was a long time ago.

Speaking of altcoins there are a lot good project out there, not just altcoins.
In fact I just diversified my investment into altcoins, I have a lot of it for long term holdings, I focus now on a newly
finished ico as they have more room for improvement, but we never really can tell what will happen so it's a gamble.
