Refunded coins stuck in electrum multisig wallet- cant reach cosign pool-stuck

How do i get my refunded coins back, i made a multi sig, it was hard for me to do, i am sometimes a little thick with certain things, saw a post on how to make multisig and it did

now i sign transaction, save and send-says cant reach cosigners pool. Should i make another wallet on another computer? can I email the file to myself to add 2nd sig, someone please help if you can. I am sorry to be a new guy asking favors but i tried for 2 days now and am just at my wits end

Who did you create the MultiSig address with? What was the m-of-n setup for this MultiSig? Was it 2-of-2, 2-of-3 or something else?

When you created the MultiSig, which option did you select here:


Also, have you enabled the "cosigners pool" plugin? "Tools -> Plugins":
