I am PHP5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL developer. With lots of bitcoin api's using knowledge.

1,5+ years work experience + bachelor in computer science.

I am living in Europe and my hour rate is 20-35$ per hour.

Not interested in jobs with budget less then 30$.

I can prove my skills but only via PM for interested people (just don't want share clients projects here).

LOL! You are not a PHP coder. Anybody knows at least one framework. The fact that you don't mention skills like Laravel, PHPUnit, or other things like Sass clients who were unsatisfiedfrom youion is probably at, gulp or Bower just  shows that you know next to nothing. The negative reputation are from real clients who bought into your demand to be paid up front as no escrow would not hold funds from you.with bumps.

1. I have positive reputation from real clients. Negative from people who hadn't any deals with me.

2. Not all clients needs framework. Most of serious bitcoin web applications are written in PURE PHP. As with it I can build any project and it will more faster then with framework. Therefore A LOT of people who needs PURE PHP development.
