What is the best ETH build from scratch under $2,000?

I've read a lot of the threads and a lot of people say that mining is no longer profitable because of x, y, and z.  But I just got into cyprtos and I believe that ETH has the chance of going to the moon.  Anyone willing to share their years of experience?  From motherboard, power supply, to the whole rig.
