I have tried to use minergate on the past but I didn't continue since I don't really find mining altcoin would be profitable using my own pc because I don't have much videocard installed. As far as I know there are a list of coins listed there on which you would choose what to mine and its being stated there about minimum withdrawal request. If you have request already then you should patiently wait. Would like to ask how long does you withdrawal request took?

The Minergate.com will process your withdrawals don't worry because I got many withdrawals from them without any problems. Check whether you have qualified for minimum withdrawal or not because might this thing making you delay in processing the withdrawal.

Yes, theres no need to worry because minergate do really process payouts once you hit it. Its legit and theres nothing to worry about ive been mining AEON coin since its the mostt profitable coin to mine for me which my GPU can able to mine on. I did try to mine ETH but earning potential is very low thats why i switch to Aeon.

Can you post a screenshot? regarding on your withdrawal request? Thats odd for them to process those transactions since i do know minergate they do payout as long you reach their minimum amount for withdrawing.

I'm having the same problem. It's been 24h and its still procesing. It only happens to Bitcoin withdrawals. All other coins take only minutes to withdraw. I still haven't found a solution. Have you solved your problem yet. It says you posted in July. If so how many days did it take to process?

Hello same issues here.

Since 2/8/17 I have had 1x succesful payment 13x 'Failed' payments and I have 6x pending payments totaling just over 0.2 BTC.

Support do not respond to tickets.  I have heard from them through twitter though. The say they are aware of the BTC issues and are working on a fix.  But this is more than a month now :-/

Yes. It takes a long time the first time you withdraw. A couple of weeks. The second time a couple of days. By the third time its a couple of minutes.

Right now I have 2 unconfirmed amounts and 0.00000 in my account.

You are right, XMR withdrawal fee is pretty high

I have same problem with Minergate and BTC.

When i try withdraw BTC i get this error ERROR: Service is temporarily unavailable

For 1 week already.

Does anyone know what happens?
