Has anyone received their order from parallelminer?

I made an order almost 2 weeks ago on June 27th and still haven't received a tracking number. I sent an inquiry by email last week and still have not received a response. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to receive your order? I thought ordering a server psu would be a good idea but 2 weeks with no response  


edit: IT FINALLY SHIPPED 2 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING. In that time i've lost over 500$ profit waiting.

I placed an order June 29th and also have not received any tracking info yet.  I have been ordering from them since March and they are usually pretty good about replying to my emails when checking on order status and will even upgrade shipping to over night when there is an abnormally long delay. 

They show a 4 day minimum backlog on the home page

And could be they got some huge orders that take precedence over us small guys.

Yes I finally got mine from June 18th. I was about to cancel but I saw it finally shipped a few days ago.

I placed an order with them on 6/1, but didn't arrive until 6/22. I got a shipping notification immediately, but nothing was shipped for almost 3 weeks.

Place an order on eBay. They have reviews/shipping commitments/and eBay to contend with there. When I placed an order on eBay I received it in less than a week.

I have purchased just the breakout boards + cables on eBay, then purchased the actual power supply from another supplier for less than $30. Ended up being cheaper than buying straight up from ParallelMiner.

I ordered their 2400w psu kit for gpus since I have a step up transformer. It shows 774 in stock (it was 830 something when I ordered) http://www.parallelminer.com/product/2400-watt-power-supply-kit-for-gpu-mining-94-efficiency-200-240v-up-to-24-gpu/

Since it goes come with cables, I'm probably going to be waiting a while. But I can't find any high capacity psus for a decent price anywhere (I'm in canada).

Checked their ebay and it looks like they don't have anything listed. It must be so they can take their time with web orders.

I've ordered ~25 PSU's from them over the past few months and have received all of my orders, albeit slowly.

well i just received an email with my tracking number 2 weeks after my order. the tracking info shows that the number was generated on june 29 but usps has yet to receive a package from parallelminer. i really don't understand why it takes so long to source cables if that is indeed the issue.
