I suggest you wait until all back to normal.If btc forks on 1 Aug, a big drop will come out, then it's the time to buy.

I guess you can buy alts before August 1 i think it will drop and dip a lot. you can't buy after august 1 because bitcoin is on the process of upgrading so when bitcoin split in two ways there is a lot of possiblity that you will lose your coin if you transfer or use it. I don't know that is just my speculation you can ask others too

Altcoin prices are still down ,, we have to wait for its development whether there is hope altcoin price will rise again ,, if want to be satisfactory result, better be patient than in a hurry.

When buying altcoins make sure you buy them at its lowest value, it is still a good time to buy altcoins now because the prices are going down. Just make sure to hold them and don't sell them yet.

Yes before buying an altcoin do some research first if the coins you will invest is worth it. Buy at lowest price and hold it for sure you can earn profit in the future. Though price of alt right now is dump I believe it will rise again. Buy at better price were you can earn in the long run.

I think now is right time to buy some altcoin for trade or investment because now the bitcoin price and the price of some altcoin are down.
Maybe just holding it for the next few months and then selling it when the price actually goes up certainly will benefit.
