not sure where to post but is BTS exchange down?

I am trying to open openledger.io for some hours now and cant access it. Is the official BTS trading place. can anyone confirm its down?
i dont know if it is the right place to ask.

I am trying for 6-7 hours now to log in. I have FIAT usd there and i want to make trades but cant log in. can you confirm here is a problem in logging in?

Sorry buddy I don't have an account there, it does seem like I'm getting some API error when I try to go the exchange from their main site if that helps.
